Twenty Cities STATES TWO
Through the collaborative efforts of the FirstLight Community Foundation and FirstLight Federal Credit Union, we have proudly reinvested over $3 million dollars into our community. These contributions have supported a wide range of initiatives focused on driving economic development and enhancing the overall well-being of individuals and families throughout our region. As a proud fund of the Paso Del Norte Community Foundation, we have successfully attracted national and regional support from organizations that share in our belief in the importance and impact of the work being carried out by our Foundation

Founded in 2015 by the board of directors and leadership team at FirstLight Federal Credit Union, the FirstLight Community Foundation was born from a deep desire to uplift and empower the community we proudly call home.
What began as an ambitious dream has grown into a powerful force for good, driven by three core pillars: financial education, home affordability, and scholarships for local students.
Over the past ten years, our commitment has never wavered. Through the collective efforts of our community, business leaders, and local officials, we’ve turned long-shot goals into everyday realities— reaching further, serving more, and creating opportunities where they once seemed out of reach.
Each year, our Annual Golf Classic unites supporters from across the nation at a local El Paso course for a one-of-a-kind fundraising event. With generous support from national and international partners like VISA, Allied Solutions, and Zest AI, alongside longtime local champions such as La Primera, Best Deal Auto, and Western Tech, we’ve been able to sustain and grow our mission.
As we mark ten years of community impact, we reflect not just on what we’ve accomplished, but on the promise of what’s still to come.
Thank You
