Franchise Module

INVESTMENT FROM FRANCHISEE :

Investment of Rs. 3500 per sq ft is done by the franchisee (65% of which will go towards stock and 35% will go towards set up cost)

If the property is rented the Security Deposit of the property will be borne by the Franchisee.

Franchise Fees of Rs. 400000 + GST has to be paid to the brand by the franchisee.

Registration cost of agreement will be shared by brand and franchisee 50:50

RETURN TO THE FRANCHISEE :

1.5% Minimum Guarantee on the Invested Amount per month i.e. Rs. 3000 X store size.

Revenue Sharing on sales as per slabs below

Rs. 1000 per Sq Ft to Rs. 2000 per Sq Ft of sale

Rs. 2001 per Sq Ft to Rs. 2500 per Sq Ft of sale

Rs. 2501 per Sq Ft and above — 3% (Minimum sale of Rs. 1000 per Sq Ft X store size will be guranted by the brand)

All other operational expenses will be done by the Brand (Rent, Electricity, Salary, Maintenance etc.)

WELL-DEFINED PROCESS TO START YOUR OWN STORE

Step- by- Step Appointment Policy

Submit the Franchise Request on " Info@mestores.co.in " with the location address, Area Pin-Code, Email Id and contact Mobile Number .

Me store team will crosscheck the feasibility of the area Pin-Code given by the customer and will send for the approval to in house authority.

Post Approval of Given Pin-Code, The company will send the confirmation to the customer and the customer will have to pay RS. 25000/- ( Which is Fully Refundable in case of any cancellation from company's end) to start the Physical Verificaion process. If the location gets approved from the company end then customer will have to sign the working LOI with the company.

Post LOI, The interior work, and dimensions will be started by the concerned team. The backend team will start the work for inventory. The Technical Team will start their work to build the sales software services at the store.

The concerned department will take care of the stock and house things. The hiring process for the store team will be done by the concerned Department. On and Off field training will be managed by the concerned department, Operations, IT, CSS, Accounts, and Sales.

The display of stock will be started by the concerned team. Welcome Handing over the store rights to the concerned store Manager "Opening the Franchise"
