Vintage Our wine’s plump and juicy character results from a warm growing season in Paso Robles vineyards. After a dry winter and frosty spring reduced crop sizes, the grapes enjoyed a peaceful summer. Autumn introduced several heat waves that accelerated ripening. To beat the heat, white grapes were harvested in early August before the hottest spikes in September. These conditions created beautifully ripe flavors while allowing Sauvignon Blanc to maintain its naturally crisp acidity.
Region In California’s Central Coast, Paso Robles spans over 600,000 acres, with around 40,000 acres of vineyard. The region’s success lies in its diverse landscape featuring rolling hills, inland valleys and coastal mountain ranges. Since 1983, local winemakers have perfected their craft, tailoring vineyard practices and varietal plantings to unique pockets of the terroir.
