The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Saturday launched two customer satellites in a textbook launch of the Polar Satellite Launch Vehicles. The 228-ton PSLV, on its 57th flight, lifted off from the Satish Dhawan Space in Sriharikota into an eastward low inclination orbit.

The PSLV-C55 mission was launched with two satellites, with the primary one being the TeLEOS-2, a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) payload, which will be able to provide all-weather day and night coverage, and capable of imaging at 1m full-polarimetric resolution.

New Delhi: In a whirlwind tour to launch several development projects in two states and a Union Territory, PM Narendra Modi will travel more than 5,300 km through seven cities and attend eight programmes in 36 hours beginning Monday.

MONDAY SCHEDULE
Officials said the PM will travel from Delhi to Khajuraho, covering a distance of around 500 km. After this, he will travel to Kochi, covering an aerial distance of more than 1,700 km, to participate.
TUESDAY SCHEDULE PM Modi will travel to Thiruvananthapuram. From there, PM Modi will travel to Silvassa via Surat then he will travel to Daman from Surat & return to Delhi.
