Dungarpur: RSS Chief Dr Mohan Bhagwat on Sunday took part in the gram sabha organized by Swami Vivekanand Gram Vikas Samiti (Bhemai) in Dungarpur. While addressing the gathering, Dr Mohan Bhagwat said that the development of a village will only take place with change in thinking of villagers.
