We have always trusted F4N to be the bib provider of choice for the Richard Burton 10K.
In the last 2 years they have also fulfilled our complete order. This encompasses printing the numbers with named data and printing envelopes with names and addresses from the entry’s spreadsheet, ready for posting directly to each runner.

Just give an idea of the timeline and how efficient they are :-
Friday Afternoon, we approved the artwork and information flyers were printed.
Our entries closed at midnight on Sunday, by 8am on the Monday morning they were printing the numbers with named data and medical details on the reverse of the bibs.
Monday PM – Bibs completed, and envelopes printed on a different machine. By midday the chips were being applied to the numbers. Tuesday AM – Fulfilment continues and Tuesday PM – All 2800 envelopes posted to entrants complete with number, pins & a flyer!
By asking F4N to complete the whole process in-house allows us to keep our entries open for much longer, this provides much needed extra income for our charity.

We are an events company and have used First 4 Numbers for all our printing for all aspects of our events producing all our bib numbers and bike numbers as well as all of our event’s signs.
They have also produced some more bespoke items for us and have talked us through which materials to use and how to go about producing the design work. Despite these being small print items, we still felt like it was their top priority.
They have an impeccable eye for detail and have spotted mistakes on our data export to them and rather than just pressing print have taken the time to flag mistakes to us.
On the one occasion the delivery service let them down, they arranged an alternative delivery which meant we still had our event material on time.
