EXHIBITOR & SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES FEBRUARY 17-18, 2027 | FINLEY CENTER | HOOVER, AL We’re excited to share an opportunity to participate in the 2027 Alabama Fire Service Professional Development Conference (also known as the “Mid-Winter Chiefs Conference”) hosted by the Alabama Fire College and the Alabama Association of Fire Chiefs. If your company targets fire chiefs and upperlevel chief officers, this is a must-attend event! This conference offers a prime opportunity to connect with key decision-makers within the Alabama fire service. By exhibiting at the Mid-Winter Conference, you can present your products and services to new clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones. Don't miss this invaluable chance to engage with your most sought-after audience. NEW LOCATION! The Finley Center in Hoover, Alabama will host more than 350 attendees for this two-day educational event and vendor expo. The vendor expo runs concurrently with the conference on February 17-18, with dedicated interaction times scheduled each day. Exhibitor registration opens NOVEMBER 1 and closes JANUARY 15. Host hotels: Homewood Suites (Special rate ends January 15) Hilton Garden Inn (Special rate ends February 1) Nearest airport: Birmingham International Airport (BHM) Set up: 8am - 5pm on February 16. Break down: 3-5pm on February 18. Shipping materials: If you would like to ship your booth materials to the conference, please ship them to: Veal Convention Services, 3016 Reverend Abraham Woods Jr. Boulevard, Birmingham, AL 35203. Do not ship anything directly to the Finley Center. For shipping instructions or additional information, contact Mark at mark@vealco.com. With the move to the new venue, we have an opportunity to simplify and improve the vendor expo layout and pricing structure. Unlike previous years, where vendors were spread across multiple areas with varying levels of visibility and traffic, this floor plan places all vendors in one main expo space. This should create a more balanced experience for exhibitors and attendees. Booths will include electricity.
Individual booths are $750. Exhibitor guidelines: Booth spaces are 10x10'. Your space will include a table, two chairs, table skirting, and drapes/pipes. No sales are permitted on the premises. The exhibitor shall indicate name(s) of any personnel who will be staffing the assigned exhibit. Each representative will receive a name badge. Lunch passes are not included with each exhibit space. All exhibitor badges, programs, and lunch tickets may be picked up at the event registration counter. Veal Exhibits will be the conference service contractor for the

exhibits. Prior to the event, the contractor will provide a link to a customized online service kit to all confirmed exhibitors. The Conference Planning Committee will make the final decision on booth assignments based on product/service of the vendor, date of receipt of application, and previous participation. The exhibitor agrees that the Conference Planning Committee shall have the right to make rules and regulations or changes in the floor plan arrangement of booths when necessary. During all periods of the Conference, exhibitors are responsible for the items in their exhibit.
