We’re excited to share an opportunity to participate in the 2026 Alabama Fire Service Professional Development Conference (also known as the “Mid-Winter Chiefs Conference”) hosted by the Alabama Fire College and the Alabama Association of Fire Chiefs

The Hyatt Regency Birmingham will host more than 350 attendees for this two-day educational event and vendor expo The vendor expo runs concurrently with the conference on February 10-11, with dedicated interaction times scheduled each day

Set up: after 1pm on Monday, February 9, and before 8am on Tuesday, February 10. We ask that vendors break down after 2pm on Wednesday, February 11.

Shipping materials: If you would like to ship your booth materials to the conference, please email tricia@vealco com for instructions (Please do not ship anything to the hotel They do not have a dedicated space for holding shipments and therefore causes some issue in locating them.) Return shipments must have a prepaid UPS shipping label attached to the packages.

Exhibitor guidelines:

Booth spaces are 8x6'. Your space will include a table, two chairs, table skirting, and drapes/pipes.

The exhibitor shall indicate name(s) of any personnel who will be staffing the assigned exhibit. Each representative will receive a name badge. Lunch passes are not included with each exhibit space. All exhibitor badges, programs, and lunch tickets may be picked up at the event registration counter. Veal Exhibits will be the conference service contractor for the exhibits. Prior to the event, the contractor will provide a link to a customized online service kit to all confirmed exhibitors. The Conference Planning Committee will make the final decision on booth assignments based on product/service of the vendor, date of receipt of application, and previous participation. The exhibitor agrees that the Conference Planning Committee shall have the right to make rules and regulations or changes in the floor plan arrangement of booths when necessary.

During all periods of the Conference, exhibitors are responsible for the merchandise in their exhibit. Hotel security guard services will be available during those periods outside the normal conference activity hours, but areas may be unlocked
