As we integrate the BEST Values into our everyday lives, we continue to recognise those who live and work by our core values and walk the talk –leading by example.

Each month, we'll spotlight three culture champions who have demonstrated they're using our core BEST Values to help make Tandem great!

Chris has stepped up and been the BEST over the last few months. It has been a tough time in the Finance world between delivering a range of key deliverables in a short timescale, and a transition of responsibilities as we’ve restructured the team, and at all times Chris has been there to support. Chris has been helping colleagues within the team and across different departments, putting in a shift out of hours to get jobs over the line, delivering outputs and improving how they are reached all at the same time – and all with a cheery outlook to boot.

I would like to nominate Gwilym Williams as a Culture Champion. He shows all the core values on a daily basis especially ‘together’ and ‘simple’ whilst always helping everyone around him and always being a ray of sunshine to everyone in the office.

Just wanted to give credit where credit is due Steve was a really big support for me on month end in April with it being the first time I have done figures! He was really encouraging and put my mind at ease and was checking I was ok throughout the day as well as having his own work to do so just wanted to say a massive thank you
