Fintona is an extraordinary school with a rich history. Our culture and traditions set us apart and enable us to deliver a learning experience full of discovery, that fosters a love of learning, and which is focused on cultivating excellence. As well, our school is a place where friendships are forged, generosity of spirit abounds, and there is a true sense of belonging. For us, our everyday programs challenge students to think deeply, contribute broadly, aim higher and develop personally to unearth their own unique version of extraordinary. At the core of our strategy is the desire to be forward looking, forward thinking, and collaborative. We are committed to being inclusive and diverse in our outlook, working with and learning from each other, and partnering with those, including outside education, who support our goals. This strategic plan positions us to respond to our changing world, always learning and adapting, so that we can continue to empower our students to embrace the future with confidence, energy and drive. We look forward to working in partnership with you as we bring this strategic plan to life over the next five years.

Encourage the personal development of a Fintonian’s character and values, supporting academic buoyancy, and their sense of belonging and purpose.
