The Suites at Laker Landing is located next to main campus, just steps away from classes and activities. Join our thriving residential community ­— you’ll live in our inviting apartment-style suites that offer all the comforts of home.

Gain the independence to be out on your own, participate in all aspects of student life, and live and learn among friends.

THE SUITES EXPERIENCE Take part in trivia and movie nights, gaming tournaments, study groups, outings to local restaurants, shopping excursions, and more. Suites residents become lifelong friends and rely on each other for support. The Resident Directors (RDs) and Resident Assistants (RAs) work hard to plan activities and events specifically for housing students.

HOW YOUR SPACE LAYS OUT Most suites are set up in four-bedroom arrangements. Enjoy your own private bedroom and connect with suitemates in your shared kitchen and living room. Each bedroom includes a bed, armoire, dresser, desk, and office chair. Some two- and three-bedroom suites are available.

SHARED SPACES Your full kitchen comes with a stove, microwave, standard-size refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The living room is furnished with a couch, armchair, coffee table, TV stand, and breakfast bar with stools.

RATES AND BILLING

Room availability at The Suites is first-come, first-serve. Apply by May 1 for the greatest chance of securing a room.

Housing costs include wireless internet, air conditioning, heat, electricity, hot water, and parking.

You must be admitted to FLCC to be eligible for housing. Visit flcc.edu/suites to submit your housing application.
