Our Caregivers naturally have inherent characteristics that make service to others part of who they are. They understand starting home care services can be a significant change for seniors and families. Our staff members go through a training process and are assessed to make certain we pair seniors with the right Caregivers to meet their home care needs and build a positive and meaningful relationship.

Levels of Service:

Often family members find themselves acting as primary caregivers to their loved ones. Over time caregiving responsibilities tend to increase as healthcare needs change and daily activities become more challenging. Trail Ridge Home Care can help you learn about the options, choices and help determine if home care is right for you.

Companion Care & Home Helper

For seniors and families seeking home support and greater social engagement for a loved one, our Companion/Home Helper services can meet your needs. This level of home care gives clients the chance to interact with a compatible Caregiver, plus enjoy hobbies and safely manage household activities that may have become difficult.

Personal Care

Our Personal Care level of service caters to seniors who require more significant support to remain safely independent in the comfort of their own home. At this level of support, seniors are often managing several short or long-term disabilities or chronic health issues that may limit their physical abilities. Personal Care plans can help and often include dressing, bathing and assistance with mobility.

Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care

We understand seniors and families affected by Alzheimer’s, dementia and associated memory issues face certain challenges and often require specialized care and support. Our Advanced or Specialized Care professionals are specially training and continually receive the latest education in memory care.

To ensure we meet the needs of seniors and families our Caregivers perform an in-depth assessment and create a customized care plan to meet the specific needs of your loved one.
