When asked this question we really struggled for the answer. Is it the kitchen, big and bright and the hub for the family or is it the sunlounge relaxing with views over the garden or perhaps the games room with its hot tub and table tennis which also doubles up to a large party room. Umm difficult to choose.
Next ideal owner
The house works perfectly for a couple or better still a large multi generation family who wants to be together, but still retain their own space if required. Sometimes peaceful and sometimes mad, mostly mad when the grandchildren are about and having fun times all together.
Love about the house
You could say practical and easy to maintain. You could say modern yet stylish or you could just say sunny with south facing fantastic views. Pick your own.
Love about local community
Location, location, location, words often used. Inside these words is the real message. How easy is it to get to the local shops and schools, are these walkable, yes. More importantly where`s the local pub , just down the road, ideal. The same term you would have to say about the wonderful neighbours, ideal.
Easy to commute
Commuting to and from Hightrees could honestly not be easier. The M4 motorway is just minutes away junction 15, which takes you eastbound to Reading and London and westbound straight to Bristol and Cardiff. Again the A419 dual carriageway will, in a short time, get you on to the M5 for the midlands and the north.
The main Swindon train station is within easy reach with trains from the west country to London and link trains to Gloucester and beyond.
Choosing this property over others
This was a long time ago but we remember it so well. We walked through the front door into the lounge. Looking out on to the stunning rear garden and we both said `wow` We looked at each other and said yes, this is the one. The rest of hightrees just speaks for itself*
