Isabel is an experienced estate agent with over 19 years of expertise in residential sales, specialising in upper quartile properties. She has a proven track record of achieving excellent results for her clients, whether it's selling a city centre apartment, a family home, a rural farmhouse, an equestrian property, a country estate, or a coastal retreat. Isabel's passion for property began at a young age. She was born in Madeira and is one of seven children. Isabel moved to the UK at the age of nine, where she learned English from scratch. After attending school in Surrey, Isabel's parents relocated back to Madeira when Isabel was only 16. From a young age, she has always been determined to achieve and strive for the best. Her headstrong, focused attitude meant that at the age of 18 Isabel secured her first job in estate agency where she quickly realised that property is her true passion. By the age of 21, Isabel purchased her first home and moved to Chichester.

Isabel's approach to estate agency is founded on her deep understanding of her clients' unique needs. She appreciates that buying or selling a home is a major life decision, and her goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She has a strong desire to recognise both buyers and sellers' needs and truly understands the motivation behind every move. In fact, she set up Fine & Country Chichester and Surrounding Villages during lockdown 2020, demonstrating her tenacity and adaptability in the face of challenging circumstances. Alongside her career in agency, Isabel and her husband Rory, who is also an estate agent, have moved seven times, renovating, extending, and project-managing each home while concurrently raising their two young children. They have an in-depth knowledge of the local area and are perfectly positioned to assist in the selling or purchasing of property in Chichester and the surrounding villages.
