In our commercial work, our constant mission to eliminate or minimize BLI (Business Loss Income) and get people back to business. We know how much is at stake. Any disruption to business constitutes and emergency. We don’t turn away from even the largest loss or the most complex of problems. The vast majority of restoration companies not be up-to-task for this high level of challenge. Yet Kustom is uniquely qualified to put our deep expertise and unprecedented problem-solving skills to work for our commercial clients.

RESIDENTIAL Any disruption to a homeowner’s property is also a disruption to their dayto-day life. We know how difficult and disruptive this can be, and we meet that with sensitivity and respect. We understand how important it is to take a courteous, educational, and efficient approach throughout this process so that we can quickly and discretely get them back to their normal lives. By working in tandem with the homeowners and the insurance carrier to help reduce the burden of ASL (Additional Living Expenses) and provide peace of mind throughout the restoration of their home.

GOVERNMENTAL We are proud to be able to assist our government as the relevant field experts in disaster and property loss scenarios. We have direct experience working with an array of government agencies, from NASA to EPA. Along with the experience, we also maintain the required insurance coverage, background screenings, and drug policy compliance to be ready to hit the ground running with all municipal, state, and federal governmental agencies across the U.S. 3
