WELLNESS MULTIPURPOSE JEWELRY On the planet as in the human body, there is a perfect balance between air, ether, earth, water and re, the combination of these elements are called "doshas" and hormonal points or higher energy concentration are called "chakras". In our organisms those are part of the foundations of the Ayurvedic medicine and its holistic vision of well-being.

We designed this portfolio inspired by the power of crystals, colors and aromatherapy as a way to balance, heal and bring positive energy into your body and mind to discover the best version of yourself.

GLOSSARY THE 5 ELEMENTS IN AYURVEDA Everything in nature is composed of a combination of the 5 elements, just as the human body is.

Space (Ether): It is the subtlest (higher) part of matter that can only be perceived during meditation, as it represents consciousness.

Air: It is the idea of movement, that which moves in nature is propelled by air.

Fire: It is the idea of light, heat and transformation. Fire represents the force of evolution, turning who we are into who we will be.

Water: It’s the idea of uidity and liquidity.

Land: It is the idea of solidity and stability, in the mind it represents mental stability.

DOSHAS The ve elements manifest in the body through three bioenergies, called Doshas, without which life would not be possible. Each Dosha is composed of two elements that represent a beginning.

Vata (What Moves Things/Motivating Forces): Composed of Space and Air represents the principle of movement in the body.

Pitta (What "cooks"/What governs transformation): Composed of Fire and Water represents the principle of metabolism, transformation.

Kapha (What adheres/What governs the emotions and the ability of the mind to cling to the form): Composed of Earth and Water represents the principle of cohesion, Structure, rest and growth. * We must bear in mind that the three Doshas exist in all people and govern the same principles, but in each person one or the other energy predominates, this is so from birth to death, always the same energy predominates for a person, this never changes but if it can be altered, the state of equilibrium is known with the term "Prakruti".

CHAKRAS The colors of the Chakras are divided into seven and follow the order of the colors of the Rainbow.

1. Red – The Root Chakra: (Related to bones and marrow). Red is a very strong color. This color evokes the thoughts and feelings of survival and can make you be alert, can stimulate aggression and increases the breathing rate. The root chakra represents the primordial survival instinct. It is related to the feeling of connection to land and safety. It is at the center of the chakra system and lays the foundation for it. Stones: Red Coral, Ruby, Tiger Eye, Hematite, Agate, Black Tourmaline.

2. Orange – The Sacral Chakra: (Related to adrenal glands and fertility). Orange is a stimulating and creative color. It promotes the feeling of warmth and security. This color represents emotion and enthusiasm.

GLOSSARY Orange can make you feel sensual. Sacred chakra represents creativity and the joy of living. It is connected with the emotional body and sensuality. Stones: Citrine, Quartz, Moonstone.

3. Yellow – The Solar Plexus Chakra: (Related to the nervous system) Yellow is a very emotional color. It evokes courage, optimism and self-esteem. Yellow is considered the color that stimulates the subconscious. This chakra symbolizes instinct and denes our beliefs, self-condence, the chakra of the solar plexus is especially important to achieve inner balance. Stones: Malachite, Topaz, Citrine.

4. Green – The Heart Chakra:(Related to the respiratory system) Green promotes general well-being and good health. It symbolizes compassion, happiness and hope. This color inuences inner motivation or impulse and is related to healthy habits. The heart chakra represents love, compassion and kindness. Stones: Rose quartz, Jade, Green Tourmaline.

5. Sapphire Blue or Turquoise – The Throat Chakra: (Related to optimal functioning of the body) Blue is a color that often appears in nature, whether in the sky or in the sea, this color is related to tranquility and serenity. Blue promotes the feeling of being smart and reliable. It also represents logic and communication. The throat chakra reects our ability to communicate with the outside world, controls the way we talk to other people and how we listen to them. The symbolic meaning of the throat chakra is sound, wisdom and consciousness. Stones: Lapis lazuli, Turquoise, Aquamarine.

6. Indigo Blue – The Third eye Chakra: (Related to the etheric body) Indigo is a very unique color that is rarely found in nature, is a tone related to spiritual wisdom and maturity, represents self-knowledge and inner peace. The third eye chakra is the connection between the body and the mind. It is associated with increased spiritual growth, generous and humane attitude. Stones: Amethyst, Purple Fluorite.

7. Purple – The Crown Chakra: (Related to skin and face) Purple is a color that many people like, this type are called universal colors. Related to feeling spiritually connected. The crown chakra is directed by consciousness and puts us in contact with the universe, it is the most difcult chakra to control and only a few can actually balance it. Stones: Amethyst, light quartz, diamonds, zircons.

THE SCENTS IN THE AYURVEDIC MEDICINE VATA Aromas: To balance VATA use warm, sweet and acidic aromas.

Warm: Basil, bergamot, cardamom, cedar, cinnamon, clove, fennel, incense, ginger, marjoram, Patchouli, vetiver.

Sweets: Chamomile, amaro, grapefruit, mandarin, jasmine, lavender, orange, palmarosa, rose, sandalwood, vanilla, ylang-ylang.

Acids: Lemon, lime.

Vata avors: Salty, acidic, oily and sweet.
