Making a Paws-itive difference

VOLUNTEERING AT A LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTER IS A GREAT WAY TO BRING JOY AND LOVE INTO THE LIVES OF HOMELESS PETS. The Center for Animal Health & Welfare rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes animals throughout the Lehigh Valley. For those who want companionship without the responsibility of being a pet parent, volunteering is one of the most fulfilling experiences you can have.

CAHW’s new Executive Director, Sarah Wees, encourages Fig readers to visit the cats at Project Paw or the cats and dogs at The Center. Spend a little time with one of their furry residents, and you might just find a new best friend!
