Virtual Dementia Tour coming to FiftyForward FiftyForward J. L. Turner Center and the Bellevue Family YMCA in cooperation with Senior Helpers is bringing the Virtual Dementia Tour to the Turner Center. Take this opportunity to see life through the eyes of a person with dementia. The Mobile Virtual Dementia Tour is designed to increase your:
Understanding of the limitations of a person with dementia
Understanding of the differences in and need for communication
Level of patience needed by a caregiver
Overall care for your loved one
This is a must for caregivers and family members. You can register online at www.seniorhelpers.com/nashville and click on the link for May 13th.
