Arthritis Foundation’s Walk With Ease Program Starts Monday, April 3 and ends Friday, May 12 Join us for the Arthritis Foundation’s six-week Walk With Ease Program, and reduce the pain and discomfort of arthritis while building confidence in your ability to be physically active. Our group meets three times a week on Mondays and Wednesdays in the lobby at 9:30 am and at the Kohl’s trailhead greenway on Fridays at 8:15 am. Our first meeting will be in the lobby on Monday, April 3.at 9:30 am. This is FREE! Come get your walk on! FiftyForward Donelson Station is one of five active aging centers in Davidson County and two in Williamson County. These centers offer various programs, classes and events monthly as well as access to the center amenities. Membership is $120 annually or $10 via monthly bank draft. We also accept Silver & Fit and Silver Sneakers reimbursement through certain Medicare supplement plans. Check to see if you’re eligible. Membership at Donelson Station also allows you to access most of the other centers. Check out the Forward Focus magazine in the center or www.fiftyforward.org for other centers’ information.
