Donelson Station’s “Got Talent” Take II Talent Show Tuesday, October 24 at 2 pm Get your “act” together for our second annual talent show! See Angela if you are interested in performing in the show. There will be dancing, singing, comedy and so much more, and the winner will receive a prize! We would love to have you on stage showing off your talent. The cost to attend is $5 to attend. Center Luncheon Wednesday, October 11 at 11 am Two New Orleans originals, Lee and Karen bring The Gold Standard to The Golden Years, playing their music across the country at senior centers. Lee sings and plays several instruments: the trumpet, value trombone, flugelhorn, baritone and percussion. Karen sings. Together they bring New Orleans to us! Enjoy their entertaining show and a delicious meal from the Donelson Café for only $8. Sign up with staff or a volunteer today!

THE GLOW—A JACK O’LANTERN EXPERIENCE The GLOW features an enchanting and unforgettable wonderland of more than 5,000 hand carved, illuminated pumpkins transformed into beautiful landscapes, iconic figures and larger than life structures. Stroll down Jack’s Lane at The Fontanel, a 1/3 mile Jack O’Lantern Trail, to see intricately detailed carved pumpkins and amazing scenes. Tickets and bus cost $24 Leave the center at 5 pm. Limited to 10 people.
