Center Luncheon Wednesday, May 22 at 11 am Our performing artist for May’s luncheon is recording artist Bill Humble. Bill is a 21 year veteran of the US Navy’s music program as a singer/trombone player/arranger and band leader. He has been a major contributor to Music City’s music history since the early 70’s. Bill was a former principle trombonist with the Nashville Symphony Orchestra, a staff musician at WSM Radio and TV and Nashville’s recording studios. He has worked on the road and recorded with some of the top artists of our era including Elvis Presley, Tom Jones, Jerry Reed, and Glen Campbell. He has chosen a list of ageless and timeless songs from the Great American Songbook to sing for us in his own unique and entertaining acapella style. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the entertainment and delicious lunch provided by the Donelson Café. The cost is $8. Sign up with a volunteer or staff member.
