Program Director Notes... Dear Friends: Thank you so much to those who have renewed their membership this month. Donelson Station is now up to 628 members!! It’s so wonderful to see members return and new members learning about everything we have to offer! Please invite your friends, neighbors and family out for a tour. There’s something for everyone. In early May, you will receive a letter from me about a great opportunity to have your contribution doubled!! A generous donor has offered to match all donations received between May 1 and June 30. $20 becomes $40. $40 becomes $80. $80 becomes $160! All these donations will offset center costs that membership fees can’t cover. Please consider making a donation. Lastly, the Nominating Committee for the Advisory Council is being formed and will present a slate of new members for the 2014/2015 year at the May 22 council meeting. The Advisory Council is an integral part of making our center the best it can be by working closely with me and other staff on programs, special events, and members. If you are interested in being a part of this group, please let me know. As always, if you have any concerns, please stop by and see me or any of the rest of the staff. Thanks to all the volunteers who help so much! We all hope to see you soon! Sincerely, Angela Bryan

Hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful spring weather! Just a few notes to share with all of you. First, ALL of our exercise classes will now take place in the back dance room behind the stage. This leaves our classrooms open so that we can rent these rooms out for potential income. We are going to purchase extra mats for the exercise room so that Yoga and other classes will be more comfortable. Thank you for your cooperation.

Next, PLEASE, make sure you are on time for all of our trips. We will no longer wait for anyone who is even a few minutes late. It is not fair to those who arrive at the center on time. Please be courteous and be on time!!!!

Lastly, if you need to cancel a trip, let us know 24 hours in advance so that you can receive credit and we have time to fill your spot. If you do not call us 24 hours prior to leave time, we CANNOT give you a credit. If you have any special requests for trips, come by and see me!!!! Thank you! Lisa Maddox
