Caregiving Support Group Meeting The 4th Monday of each Month Starting July 22 at 5:30 pm

Published author of “A Golden Opportunity”, Pat Gates, is an expert on caring for yourself while caring for others. Often times, caregivers give so much or their time looking after their loved ones that they forget about their own happiness and well-being. Pat will share her lessons learned and the beautiful and not so beautiful experiences encountered as her elderly mother’s primary caregiver. The goal of this group is to share similar experiences, challenges, hardships and adversity with each other in order to gain hope, and inspiration to be able to move forward. Our hope is that you gain friendship and support from others who are in a similar situation. We open this to anyone who is looking for this kind of support (members and non-members). This is a vital component to the caregiving process. Sign up with a staff member or volunteer.

Center Hours: Mon.–Thurs. 7:30 am-6:30 pm, Fri. 7:30 am-5 pm, Saturday 9 am-1pm. Office Opens Monday-Friday at 8 am.
