aurie Ross has worked with seniors for many years. Currently, she is the Community Relations Director at Belmont Village. You don’t have to spend much time with Laurie to see how much she loves her work. And what a soft spot she has for seniors. In addition to her “day-job” though, Laurie is also a singer. She has performed for us be-
fore, and she has a beautiful, strong voice. We are delighted to welcome her back! So ring in the holidays with us this Dec. 19th, and sing-along with Laurie the yuletide carols we know and love. We’ll have lunch at 11:30, and Laurie will begin about noon. The Center provides the main course. Please bring a side dish.

oin us this Dec. 13th for a trip to the Governor’s Mansion, for the First Lady’s annual “Home for the Holidays” tour! Being our first family’s residence and all, they have to be strict about certain things. Please note: • You must have a photo I.D. • The deadline to sign up is Dec. 6 • If you have an email address, please list it on the signup sheet.
They do allow cameras, however, they ask that flashes be turned off inside the home due to the sensitivity of the artwork. There is no charge to tour the mansion. We’ll stop someplace good for lunch on the way back. It’ll be a great day. The van departs at 9 am. Van fee is $7.
