COVID-19 Information & Safety Practices Update: We have all heard about the rise in COVID transmission rates related to the rapidly spreading Omicron coronavirus variant.
location must wear a mask and keep their mask on at all times. Masks must also be worn at all times in FiftyForward vehicles.
You can find up-to-date information about Omicron here: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019ncov/variants/omicron-variant.html
Important note: We are all very tired of COVID. We commit to reviewing our masking protocol in early January to determine how best to move forward since we now know that COVID and new variants will be with us for the foreseeable future. We will be taking your input into account to determine the best way forward as we examine how to balance our important need to be together and freely participate in activities with FiftyForward’s responsibility to create safe environments for everyone. We join you all in hoping to return to more flexible masking rules soon.
Based on these rising levels of COVID transmission, it is important to: 1) Be vaccinated and receive a vaccine booster to increase levels of protection. 2) Wear effective masks or even double mask. Here is a helpful video about how to double mask: https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=oeS4W1Aon_s 3) Practice good hand hygiene, social distance, and get tested and stay home if you are ill.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
