The Foundation for Wellness Professionals will be providing educational talks addressing needs and concerns unique to seniors. Dec. 7th– Bingo w/ Premise Health Topics will include neuropathic relief, naturally reducing back and Dec. 8th– Springfield Catfish House knee pain, staying fit while you sit, and many others. Classes will be held in December, January, and February. The first class will be Dec. 14th– Christmas Luncheon w/ held on Thursday, December 14th. The topic will be neuropathy. OUR MISSION FiftyForward supports, champions and enhances life for those 50 and older.
Beginning Monday, December 18th at the FiftyForward Bordeaux Center, members will have access to Digital Literacy Classes provided by educators from the local library. This will be the first in an ongoing series of classes to be hosted at the Bordeaux Center over the coming months.
