The project will feature Scottish styled architecture, walkable open spaces, bike trails, a community amenity center, coupled with single family housing, independent living, multifamily, and light retail spaces.

Sherman, Texas was established in the 1800’s and has grown to about 40,000 plus people. It has an already strong, existing Scottish / Irish community.
