DESIGN CONCEPT • Schematic site plan: Interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces • Develop floor plan: Space adjacencies • Front elevation • Roof plan • Validate budget

BUILDING ENVELOPE • Detailed floor plan: Verify program compliance and design intent • Detailed elevations for all four sides • Roof plan: Roof slopes and overhangs identified
