What can we do to resolve these conflicts? This panel of psychological and organizational experts will delve into the human tendency to create binary oppositions, dualities, and polarities that result in group and organizational pathologies. We will engage the audience in an interactive session exploring the dynamics of binary oppositions and some possible strategies for change and resolution. How might “a dialectics of mind and heart” be applicable to organizations, leadership style, and the great socio-political conflicts of our time? How might this help us achieve an ethics/ meta-ethics of social justice?
