Two-Handed WeaponsReceive Better Aspect Bonuses, Why? Aspects are special mods that can be imprinted on rare or legendary items to give them powerful effects. These can be extracted from existing items, or unlocked from the Codex of Power by completing a specific Dungeon. 1 Two
handed weapons and talismans get better aspect bonuses as they have some drawbacks compared to other slots. A two-handed weapon he occupies two slots, so he has one less item and one less attraction. Talismans are very rare and hard to find2. So these slots have Talisman with his 50% bonus and two-handed weapons have his 100% bonus, making it even more attractive and rewarding 3.
Legendary Aspects Legendary Aspect is a special mod that can be attached to rare items to make them legendary. Legendary items that drop in the game also roll according to the slot type, and can be extracted with the Occultist. You can also unlock aspects of the Codex of Power by completing specific dungeons around the world. These provide a baseline of bonuses to rely on while you wait for better gear to drop. However, when Mystic is printed, it will always roll the lowest value possible. Most legendary effects have a range, so you can go out and find better versions of the effect yourself, and replace the lower volume with whatever better version you find. In some cases, even though the aspect on the equipment is very powerful, the slots of that equipment do not work well for the character. By paying a lot of gold, you can extract legendary aspects from items, destroying them in the process. You can then carve it into the cog slots that fit your build.
Imprint Aspect For a hefty fee, engrave an aspect of a Codex of Power or an extracted Legendary aspect onto a Rare/Legendary item. This turns the previously rare item into a legendary item and marks it as “Engraved”. You cannot extract engraved aspects or trade engraved items.
