Typ: Mexico, Sonora, southern range of the Sierra Baboquivari, and southeastward, in fertile valleys; Arthur C. V. Schott 6. [Most of the Baboquivari range is in Pima County, Arizona, where it extends N into the Quinlan Range].
HT: MO, but not found at MO or F (Schott Collection) by Benson (1982: 915).
