Black Americans are also among the youngest: 28% of Blacks are under 18, compared to 23% of all Americans.

-​We are educated.​ The percentage of African American high school graduates immediately enrolling in higher education continues to rise to 63.1% in 2016-2018, up from 62.7% in 2013-2015.

-​ We are valuable​. Black buying power continues to grow, from $320 billion in 1990 to $​1.3 trillion i​n 2018.
