Trainings, on Trainings, on Trainings! Mike, Eddie, Wesley, Andrew, and Steven attended a Rinnai Commercial Water Heater Training in Georgia! It looks like they had a great time at a baseball game in their downtime.
Ryan, Cathy, Bryan, Brittney, and Nicole traveled to Nashville, Tennessee for the SAMPRO User Group Meeting. It was a great opportunity for our team to stay informed, prepare for what’s ahead, and bring valuable knowledge back to Ferran!

Our Construction Plumbing Dept. had a Lochinvar Boiler Training to educate our guys on how to properly install, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Lochinvar Boilers.
Jeremy Campbell attended the NADCA Fall Technical Training in Norfolk, Virginia. This hands-on training provided an overview of the process of inspecting, cleaning, and the restoration of HVAC systems.

During CPR training, employees learned and practiced essential life-saving skills that can make a critical difference during an emergency. Our PPE training reinforced the importance of selecting, wearing, and properly using personal protective equipment to help prevent workplace injuries. Thank you to everyone who participated and continues to make safety a priority every day!
We have also recently updated our Emergency Evacuation Plan and Emergency Safety Codes to help ensure everyone knows what to do when an emergency occurs.
Happy Retirement On September 30th we celebrated a true milestone- Edan is retiring after an incredible 37 years with Ferran Services & Contracting! 37 years of early mornings, service calls, & problem solving. Edan joined the Electrical team decades ago and then transferred over to our Warehouse Department a few years ago. Whether it was mentoring the next generation of electricians, tackling the toughest jobs on the board, or just being someone the team could count on, Edan has had a great impact on Ferran. We are wishing Edan a happy, healthy, and well-deserved retirement.
Employee Recipe Spotlight In each newsletter we are going to feature a recipe that has been randomly selected from someone in our Ferran Family. If you would like to submit a recipe, please email cmartinez@ferran-services.com Chicken Pot Pie by Raina Bassinger 5 Italian Sausage links To Taste- Black Pepper 1 diced onion Sour Cream if needed to make 1 Can of mushroom soup creamier. 1 Can of Chicken Soup 1-2 Packages of Pie Crust 1-2 Cans of vegetable soup 2-3 Potatoes diced To Taste- Garlic Paste To taste- Onion Powder To Taste- Garlic Powder
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cook Sausage and diced onion. Add diced potatoes and all the other ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine. Add meat mixture to bowl and combine Put mixture in greased casserole dish Cut strips from pie crust and lattice on top of casserole dish Cook for approx. 1-2 hours until golden brown and potatoes are cooked thoroughly.
