El Roster de noviembre es muy especial, vamos acabando el año y celebrando ciertos logros y retos cumplidos. Noviembre siempre es el mes americano para darle gracias a todo y a todos, en mi vida como en mi carrera doy gracias todo el tiempo y eso me ayudado a poder seguir estando vigente, y a lograr cumplir con objetivos personales. Este mes en Roster le damos la bienvenida a dos grupos y artistas nuevos que se integran a la familia MFM Plus, y ellos son Escorpia de Argentina y Agua Nueva Tropical de México. Dos grupos totalmente opuestos, Escorpia es Rock Alternativo con índices de música Urbana y ANTE es una agrupación juvenil de Cumbia y sonidos Regionales que simbolizan la música de México.

Ya se nos va el año, y creo que este 2022 ha sido un año donde las oportunidades, y los resultados en el ámbito de la Industria de la Música han mostrado un enorme crecimiento, especialmente en el género latino, ya no es un secreto de lo que pasa con artistas que cantan en castellano, ﬁnalmente se puede decir que la barrera del idioma ya no está tan presente, porque hay generaciones que no hablan español pero sí disfrutan de las nuevas tendencias musicales latinas, donde el género de preferencia es el Urbano.

Agradezco inﬁnitamente a todo el equipo de MFM Plus, y a todos los artistas que confían en nosotros, pero sobre todo doy gracias a DIOS por permitirme este mes de noviembre cumplir un año más de vida. Gracias y que disfruten esta nueva edición de Roster.

The November Roster is very special, we are ending the year and celebrating certain achievements and challenges met. November is always the American month to give thanks to everyone and everything. In my life as well as in my career, I give thanks all the time and that has helped me to continue to be current, and to achieve personal goals. This month on Roster we welcome two new bands and artists that join the MFM Plus family, and they are “Escorpia” from Argentina and “Agua Nueva Tropical” (A.N.T) from Mexico. Two totally different music groups, “Escorpia” is Alternative Rock with Urban music indices and A.N.T is a youth group of Cumbia and Regional sounds that symbolize the music of Mexico. The year is leaving us, and I think that this 2022 has been a year where the opportunities, and the results in the Music Industry have shown enormous growth, especially in the Latin genre, it is no longer a secret of what happens with artists who sing in Spanish, it can ﬁnally be said that the language barrier is no longer so present, because generations that do not speak Spanish but do enjoy the new Latin musical trends, where the preferred genre is Urban.

I am inﬁnitely grateful to the entire MFM Plus team, and to all the artists who trust us, but above all I thank GOD for allowing me to celebrate another year of life this November. Thank you and enjoy this new edition of Roster.

SOL FRANCI AND ÉLECTRICIENNES CREATE AN OPTIMISTIC BALLAD: ‘WAITING’

'Waiting' es el primer sencillo del EP surgido de la colaboración entre Sol Franci y Électriciennes. Se trata de una poderosa balada en el estilo de las grandes chanteuses de la escena internacional. Es decir: una canción en la mejor tradición del pop intelectual. A través de este tema, ambos proyectos dan testimonio de la valentía y el optimismo, a veces irracional, que caracteriza la juventud. Esa maravillosa etapa en la que todo es posible y aparentemente alcanzable. En un sentido más profundo, 'Waiting' habla del lado más oscuro del enamoramiento, cuando incluso el anhelo y la ausencia pueden parecer fuente de placer. O como bien sintetiza Sol: 'Tanto la melodía como la letra hacen viajar a quien la escuche, explorando sensaciones profundas que la canción expresa'.

Musicalmente la canción ﬂirtea entre una íntima introspección y un vigoroso crescendo, apoyada en la impecable articulación de una guitarra española, ejecutada con gran gusto por Enrique Franci. Por su parte, Sol se luce en la entrega, plasmando un performance lleno de empatía, interpretando la historia que nos cuenta con verosimilitud y franqueza. Su voz va de la tímida duda al desenfrenado optimismo, dando a cada nota la emoción precisa y el tratamiento justo. Y es que según Sol, lo que más la inspira es generar sensaciones entre quienes escuchan su música, y agrega al respecto: 'Mi prioridad es el sentimiento que una canción genera en quien la escuche. Quiero ser esa artista en quien sus fans pueden conﬁar y con quienes se maneje con total transparencia. Me gustaría transmitir empatía y calidez como artista y persona'.

'Waiting' is the ﬁrst single from the EP from the collaboration between Sol Franci and Électriciennes. It is a powerful ballad in the style of the great chanteuses of the international scene. A song in the best tradition of intellectual pop. In this song both artists testify to the - sometimes irrational - courage and optimism that characterizes youth. That wonderful stage in which everything is possible and apparently attainable. In a deeper sense, 'Waiting' speaks to the darker side of falling in love, when even longing and absence can seem like a source of pleasure. O r as Sol rightly synthesizes:'Both the melody and the lyrics make the listener travel, exploring the deep sensations that the song expresses'. Musically, the song swings between an intimate introspection and a vigorous crescendo, supported by the impeccable articulation of a Spanish guitar, executed with great taste by Enrique Franci. Sol shInés brightly, capturing a performance full of empathy, and interpreting the story she tells us with credibility and frankness. Her voice ranges from timid doubt to unrestrained optimism, giving each note the right emotion and treatment. According to her, what inspires her the most is to awaken deep feelings among those who listen to her music. She comments about it: 'My priority is the feeling that a song generates in whoever listens to it. I want to be an artist that her fans can trust and with whom she deals with complete transparency. I would like to convey empathy and warmth both as an artist and as a person'.

¿Por qué escuchar música triste cuando se tiene el corazón roto?, para eso tenemos reggaetón. Esta es la ﬁlosofía que nos regala Ryzz Reyes en su tema “Frikitona”, que nos invita a vivir el erotismo del despecho y la tristeza. El cantante originario de Torreón está de vuelta para dejar en claro que en México no sólo se escucha, si no que también se hace reggaetón. La canción es la sucesora de “Estoy bien”, lanzada en 2021.

A diferencia de su sencillo anterior, “Frikitona” tiene menos elementos de trap y se acerca más a ese reggaetón rítmico, bailable y sencillo. La lírica habla de la ruptura puede despertar el deseo y un cambio radical de vida. “Frikitona” está acompaña de un video, que presenta esa triada peligrosa en la que se han convertido el reggaetón, las redes sociales y los corazones rotos. Ryzz añade al respecto: “Es una canción que sé que muchas personas se van a sentir identiﬁcadas, todos tenemos a alguien que ha sufrido mucho por una relación y decide darle un cambio total a su vida”.

This is the philosophy that Ryzz Reyes gives us in his song “Frikitona”, which invites us to experience the eroticism of spite and sadness. El cantautor chihuahuense Octavio Villalobos López quien se ha dado a conocer en la escena con su primer apellido nos presenta su nuevo sencillo «La vieja Bosé».

Esta canción es una balada con toques de R&B, regional mexicano y acordeón cuya composición lírica es un homenaje a la amistad, la celebración y los buenos momentos de la vida, que sin duda refleja las raíces chihuahuenses de Villalobos.

Octavio Villalobos Lopez, singer-songwriter from Chihuahua, better known as Villalobos a creator of sentimental melodies. En estos días Inés se encuentra dedicada a componer las canciones que conformarán su próximo disco, un disco con una gran singularidad: será escrito, producido y mezclado en su gran mayoría por mujeres.

Con este proyecto Inés pretende viabilizar el papel de las mujeres en la industria musical de diferentes países en especial Colombia.

En su primera Fase, Inés realizará un encuentro en Bogotá de compositoras y productoras colombianas los primeros días de Diciembre para compartir y colaborar con más talentos locales. Posteriormente, repetirá este ejercicio en otras ciudades como Miami y México.

These days Ines is writing the songs that will make up her next album, an album with a great singularity: it will be written, produced and mixed mostly by women.

With this project, Ines intends to make visible the role of women in the music industry in different countries, especially Colombia.

Ines has invited a group of Colombian composers and producers (women) to share and collaborate in her album. The event will take place in Bogota the first week of December. Later, she will repeat this exercise in other cities such as Miami and Mexico.

Performing on the show with the Gipsy Kings was a special magical experience. The audience was really engaged with me that night as the opening artist and they really showed me their love. The headliners were wonderful on stage as well as backstage. They treated me with respect and admiration. I felt very welcomed and appreciated by the whole band and crew. A truly legendary band that I've always been a fan of The Broward Center for the performing arts Au Rene hall is a gorgeous venue. A completely captivating night of inspirational music.

Fue una noche de mucha magia durante mi presentación con los Gipsy Kings. Como artista de apertura, la apreciación y el cariño del público fue fenomenal. Los Gipsy Kings mostraron una vez más porque son una banda legendaria en vivo. Increíbles como siempre dejaron todo en el escenario. Conmigo fueron divinos en su manera de tratarme con respeto y admiración. Me hicieron sentir como parte de su equipo. El teatro, el Broward Center for the performing arts Au Rene, es una maravilla. Una noche cautivadora de música inspiradora. ¡Gracias Gipsy Kings!
