POP-UP SHOP A VISUAL RETROSPECT
B REMER HOL M As the first brand ever, ferm LIVING opened the gates to the unique facilities at the old power station at Bremerholm in central Copenhagen, where you could experience our design universe with a pop-up shop and different exhibitions.
When finding the right location we wanted an extraordinary space, which would be seen as an extension of our design ambitions. The old power station definitely fulfilled our dreams and we instantly felt in love with the building’s characteristic exterior and raw and authentic interior, which works as a perfect contrast to our products.
Following our ambition of constantly striving to develop our brand we were proud of getting the possibility to have a dedicated ferm LIVING universe in a unique location.
With this visual retrospect we want to recall all the good memories and show you our highlights. We look back at an amazing pop-up month back in May with sweet and inspiring people popping by, great events, good coffee and beautiful weather in our green courtyard. Thanks to all who visited.

The Bremerholm power station was designed by architect Hans Christian Hansen in 1962 and provided central Copenhagen with electricity until 2013. The building with the raw and spacious rooms was uninhabited from when it was closed in 2013 until ferm LIVING opened the gates this year. The building will now be transformed into a boutique hotel.
The raw and urban courtyard located behind the building with its old murals and new grafitti was the perfect extention to the shop. In collaboration with a local flower shop and the neighbour cafĂŠ the courtyard was a green urban jungle, where you could sit down in the and get a cup of fresh coffee.
A SH OP I N THE S H OP A curated selection of products from the ferm LIVING collection showcased in the building. From textiles and kitchen accessories to planters and vases were on the shelves in the shop.
