The materials proprosed seek to generate a natural and fresh atmosphere. The apparent finishes that contrast with the proposed vegetation create a mix of color, light and shadow. Also, some elements of black ironwork in accessories, furniture and structure are included to contribute with the contrast of the materials.

Inmersed in building, houses and urbanism of Mexico city, the terrace is accompanied as well by the vegetation of the existing context of the Santa Maria la Ribera neighborhood. It is proposed a free and flexible space for different activities. A wooden pavilion is supported by 4 tubular steel columns which create a space with shade and containment within the same terrace. Stuck to the wall, a concrete bar with a grill is followed by flower and bamboo boxes. These also create an intimacy around the space, supporting the generation of shade, a fresh environmen and contrast of colors with the proposed materials FINISHES 9
