Event Description The International Ice Cream Fair (FIHE) is a unique and annual event that brings together national and international leaders in the industry of ice cream, frozen desserts and related things that complement and is aimed to those that already are involved in the industry and those seeking to undertake a new business, dynamic, innovative and highly profitable.
