Ferco Seating Systems was established in 1983 by CEO, Tim Barr. We have grown into one of the world's largest manufacturers of auditorium, cinema, education and sports spectator seating.

Recliner Mechanism

• Single-motor recline system.

• Magnetic footrest sensor.

• Kill switch safety feature.

• Lift-up seat pan for maintenance access.

Tables / Centre Console

• Two (2) sets of Swivel Table 3.0, without cupholders.

• Rectangular tabletops integrated into the lateral panels.

• Centre console incorporating one (1) illuminated shelf.

• Two (2) integrated wireless charging units.

• Upper oval-shaped wooden feature incorporating integrated standard cupholders.

• Removable armrest with diamond stitching.

Safety and Protection

• Metal finger guard panels.

• Magnetic footrest safety sensor.

• Kill switch.

• Lighting and Identification

• LED round seat numbering.

Electrical

• Powerlink cable system (daisy chained).

• Electrical requirements for integrated lighting, wireless charging, and recliner operation to be coordinated with the project electrical design.

Upholstery

• Fabric finish to be confirmed. Sample fabric shown is Biella leatherette, Crib 5 compliant.

• Diamond stitching detail to backrest, seat cushion, armrests, lateral panels, and centre console, as per approved renderings.

• All finishes, stitching patterns, and material colours to match approved project renderings and final material selections.

STORAGE FURNITURE

Storage Furniture – Specification

Furniture Specification – Compact Laminate Cabinet Unit

• Constructed from 12mm solid-grade compact laminate, waterproof grade, with a black finish throughout.

• To include metal hanger as indicated on the drawings.

• Dimensions to be as shown on the following slide/drawing package.

• Units to be supplied in flat-pack form for transportation and handling.

Assembly and Installation

• Assemble and install each unit (single and double configurations) from flat-pack components.

• Securely fix units to timber flooring in accordance with the project requirements and manufacturer's recommendations.

Electrical Requirements

• Provide and install LED downlighter to the underside of each cabinet.

• Downlighter to be wired to the auditorium dimmer circuit.

• Seat number illumination to be connected to the same dimmable circuit as the cabinet downlighter.

• Provide a dimmer control unit and appropriately rated LED driver to each row, sized in accordance with the seat/furniture quantities and required electrical load.

• Provide a 6-point distribution box to each seat position.

• Final electrical specification, LED wattage, and power requirements to be confirmed following sample review and approval.

• Include all necessary cabling, cable management systems, conduits, connectors, and associated accessories required for a complete installation.

Finish

Black finish throughout to match adjacent seating components, including swivel tables, centre console tables, and shelves.
