BBQ & DECK AREA Please make use of our Deck Area. A gas BBQ is available for use within the marina. Please see a staff member if you wish to use it. Please do not feed birds or fish.
CCTV Security cameras are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

CREDIT CARDS All major credit cards are accepted at Fenwicks Marina including AMEX. *No fees charged
DOGS are welcome but must be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES Please take them directly to/from your vessel. A water bowl and doggy bags are available near the forecourt deck area
FISHING and fish waste is strictly prohibited at the marina as we are a Fish Friendly Marina.
FUEL is available for cars in the forecourt near the bowsers or by boat on the first arm on the western side. Diesel, PULP and ULP is available. Please note a staff member will operate the bowser, it is not self serve.
Marina berth clients who have paid a security deposit may charge fuel purchases to your account Discounts apply to purchases over 400 Ltrs, paid for at time of dispensing.
GALLEY GOSSIP is a newsletter published by the Marina to keep berth clients informed on facilities + social events The Galley Gossip is emailed to our clients 3 times a year. A copy is available in the office or via our website Scan the QR code to subscribe.
GAS BOTTLES can be refilled by a staff member Staff will NOT refill out of date or damaged bottles.
ICE is available either crushed or in a block Please see a staff member. Ice can be charged to your account.
INSURANCE is required for marina berth clients and contractors with a minimum public liability cover of $20 million. Mainsales Brokerage can assist you with insurance needs.
OPENING HOURS Weekdays the marina is staffed 8am to 5pm. Weekends and public holidays the marina is staffed 9am to 4 pm The Marina is only closed on Christmas Day.
PLASTIC BAGS are a hazard to boating and the environment. Please do not use them on your vessel as a deterrent to birds
SHORE POWER All marina power pedestals have a standard 20 amp maximum supply. All shore power leads must have a 15 amp plug and IP66 screw socket. As a complimentary service Fenwicks will test and tag your power lead Earth leakage circuit breakers (ELCB) are fitted to all outlets Prior to finally leaving your vessel, please check you have turned on the power switch or if no switch supplied, the allocated circuit breaker.
TOILETS AND SHOWERS are available to marina clients 24 hours a day. These facilities are opened during working hours Marina clients are given a code to use after hours These facilities are cleaned daily we seek your assistance in keeping them clean and tidy.
TROLLEYS are provided for marina berth clients’ convenience, marked as "Clients Only". Please ensure they are returned to their storage area after use Please do not overload these.

MARINA BERTHS - RULES & REGULATIONS
Insurance
All vessels berthed at Fenwicks Marina are required to have full comprehensive insurance. A Certificate of Currency will need to be provided. Mainsales Marine Brokerage can assist you with insurance needs.

Safety Restrictions
Refuelling of vessels or engines is only permitted by Marina Staff at the fuel wharf. Please ask Marina Staff for assistance. Fuel, oil, goods of any inflammable nature or similar dangerous goods are not to be stored on or carried through any part of the marina.
Vessels are not permitted to overhang the marina walkways Swimming, diving and underwater activities are not permitted. Children are to be fully supervised by a parent/carer at all times They must not run, ride in the trolleys or play on the marina.
As we are an EPA Licensed Marina only minor maintenance or non waste generating maintenance can be carried out whilst berthed in the pen.
Repairs and maintenance shall not be carried out on the marina walkway.
HAZARDS & FIRE CONTROL
Fire hose reels on the marina are provided and are not to be used for any purpose other than the fighting of fires. Please do not leave any objects on the marina walkway, as they present a trip hazard.
Do not leave battery chargers running on your vessel while it is unattended (fully regulated chargers excluded). Ensure all electrical appliances are switched off if your vessel is to be left on the marina for an extended period
