CLIPPINGS & MUSINGS

Traditionally, Autumn is the season for exhibitions and they pretty much cover just about every aspect of renovation, construction and innovation. Whether it’s ways to reduce heating costs, aesthetics, solar control, safety or just novel ideas that make life all the more simple or beautiful, there is something for just about everyone from builders and installers to architects and home DIY enthusiasts. So it’s on with the show.

With nine halls in the Messe Dusseldorf all dedicated to the future of the global glass industry, more than 30,000 visitors attended to see the latest technology on display from the leaders in glass processing and manufacturing.

Shows such as these really help to reaffirm all that is great about what the fenestration and construction sector represent, and with key industry movers and shakers giving their support, that can only bode well for the UK.

FENEX online exhibition demonstrated how technology and real-time expos can work together hand in hand. Considered by most a positive event, it won’t be long now until the next big FENEX event in Telford 2023.
