Hello and Happy New Year! Welcome to the first edition of NFA Digital for 2024. We hope you have all had a fantastic Christmas and New Years break and raring to go! We face a year of many uncertainties and challenges. The world is a very unstable place right now, with conflicts in many parts of the world that will have a material impact economically at home and abroad. 2024 is also an election year, which itself brings all sorts of questions and tends to cause the public to become more hesitant when it comes to spending. The Government is deliberating on the 2025 Future Homes Standard, to which we were given a clear indication that it would be nowhere near as impactful for the fenestration sector as we once thought it might be. The cost of living, energy bills and inflation all remain on the radar for many as well. However, there is always opportunity if you take the time to look, with sectors such as aluminium, entrance doors and outdoor living all providing fantastic avenues for installers and fabricators to find new ways to grow and thrive. Sheerline Launches Reverse Butt Joint for the Aluminium Market
