New Skid Steer Mounted, Hydraulic Guardrail Post Driver

The new Rhino Guardrail Pro, Omni Adjustable Pile Driver is designed to expedite the installation of steel or wood posts and guardrails – Ranging from 2” round, up to 7” x 8” in size. This professional-grade skid steer attachment is designed, built, and supported in the USA.

Powerful hydraulics lift the hammer vertically to accommodate posts up to 8.5 feet (2.6 meters) tall and align the hammer up to 10 degrees along the x and y axes to plumb posts accurately, regardless of jobsite topography. To maintain driving accuracy and efficiency, the Guardrail Pro Mast is fitted with two leveling indicators and offset controls which allow the operator to maintain the sight line. The Guardrail Pro’s Adapter Plate and bottom-mounted guide keep the post secure and plumb while installing. Custom Adapter Plates are available to accommodate most piles and posts ranging in size from 2” round, up to 7” x 8”.

A state-of-the-art hydraulic hammer, operating up to 1,000 bpm, delivers 800 foot-pounds (1,085 joule) of force to quickly install piles in all types of soils. The hammer’s mono-block design also reduces maintenance and extends the units life.

The Rhino Guardrail Pro utilizes a universal skid steer mounting plate, which quickly attaches to most skid steers. This allows contractors to utilize their existing, low-flow skid steer to unload, move equipment around the jobsite, do dirt work, and now drive posts, piles, and guardrail. The unit folds horizontally for compact transportation. Projects are completed efficiently and economically.

The Guardrail Pro offers an integrated pile puller system (clamp optional), with vibratory assist, to quickly remove posts. An optional Magnetic Lift Kit for moving posts into place increases jobsite productivity and safety. “The Guardrail Pro, Skid Steer Mounted Post and Pile Driver expedites the installation of steel or wood posts with its range of adjustability.
