PROJECT / OPERATIONS MANAGER - Tropic Fence Inc, a large Commercial Fence Company in South Florida for over 35 years is in search of a self-motivated Senior Project Manager / Operations Manager with commercial fence/gate operator experience with excellent organizational, management and problemsolving skills. Must be able to oversee the company’s construction workflow process starting in the project origination phase, including permits, job sheets, submittal drawings, negotiation, scheduling, construction administration, process change orders and closeout. Can multi-task, communicate with owners, vendors, subcontractors, etc. via phone and electronic communication. Understanding and maintenance of construction documents including RFI, ASI, Submittals, Contracts and Change Orders. Ability to read plan sheets and do materials takeoff. Knowledge of permitting/licensing, and invoicing. Maintain Job Files (Paper and Electronic). Candidates must be well- spoken, calm under pressure and must possess the ability to multi task, and take immediate action to respond to problems and concerns.
