The E-Loop: Revolutionizing Automatic Gate Exits with Wireless Technology

In the realm of automatic gates, traditional exit loops have typically required costly and disruptive groundwork. Now, the game-changing E-Loop from AES Global harnesses the power of wireless technology to simplify the process, reduce costs, and eliminate the need for the typical destructive installation methods associated with wired loops.

“The E-Loop offers a game-changing solution to the challenges of installing an exit loop,” says Raymond Holgate, international sales manger with AES Global. “With its wireless technology and versatile options, it revolutionizes the industry by simplifying installation and reducing costs. Whether your requirements are for a residential or commercial property, there is an E-Loop solution to meet your project needs.”

The E-Loop comes in three different models, each tailored to specific requirements for both commercial and domestic purposes. The Mini, Commercial, and Inground options provide comprehensive solutions for a wide range of exit ways, according to Holgate. “The E-Loop range also offers additional extra features that can be added to further enhance its capabilities, giving you flexibility and customization on every project.”

The E-Loop Mini is designed for residential driveways.

The E-Loop Mini is a compact square unit that easily bolts to the ground surface. It wirelessly connects to the gate operator or motor through a transceiver. With a static load capacity of 2500KG (5500lbs) and high-security 128-bit encryption, the Mini is a robust solution for most domestic vehicles. Its impressive range of 50 meters (160ft) and three-year battery life from standard 1.5V AA batteries make it an ideal choice for securing residential driveways.

The E-Loop Commercial is a larger disc-shaped unit designed for commercial premises. It securely attaches to the driveway surface using two dyna bolts. For added convenience, the Commercial unit can be equipped with Presence Mode, which detects the presence of vehicles and keeps the entrance open until the object is no longer detected. This feature is particularly useful for tight exit ways and larger vehicles. Made from high-impact plastic, the Commercial E-Loop can withstand a static load of 10 tons (10,000 KG) and boasts a remarkable 10-year battery life powered by a 10600-mA battery. Its wide range of 50 meters (160ft) and secure 128-bit encryption ensure reliable and secure operation.

The E-Loop Inground offers effortless integration for high-traffic commercial exits. It is designed to recess into the ground surface with a simple 89mm borehole, leaving it flush with the ground. It features a 14500mA battery with a battery life of up to 10 years. The Inground unit is perfect for high-traffic commercial exits with heavy vehicles. It shares the same impressive range and security features as the other E-Loop models, and it also includes Presence Mode as a standard feature.

In addition to the E-Loop range, AES Global offers the E-Trans 200 and E-Trans 50 transceivers, which are bi-directional wireless access control systems. The E-Trans 200 is designed for commercial multi-unit complexes, while the E-Trans 50 is a single-channel transceiver suitable for various applications. These transceivers feature easy-to-use menu functions, wide voltage ranges, and low standby power consumption. With their reliability and compatibility, they are excellent additions to any automated gateway setup.

AES Global also offers a range of accessories to enhance the functionality of the E-Loop system:

• The E-Diagnostic Remote simplifies installation and calibration by allowing installers to adjust settings such as the sensor distance, sensitivity, and magnetic field release level.

• The E-Remote serves as a gate opener, offering convenient control over entry and exit devices.

• The E-TX key fob remote control provides a secure and programmable solution for your automated gateway setup.

“The E-Loop is revolutionizing the way exit loops are installed,” says Holgate. “Our wireless technology, customers can enjoy the benefits of a reliable and cost-effective solution without the costly, destructive ground works of installing traditional wired loops.”
