Fence Crew • Foreman. This position requires performing a variety of tasks related to erecting fence and other barrier security products and adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Martin-Robbins company policies and procedures. • Responsibilities and Duties: - Candidates to have 5 years’ experience - This position leads a 2-to-4-man crew. - Candidates must have a valid and clean driver’s license and be able to work overtime - Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs and be able to work in a fast-paced environment - Candidates must be very detail-oriented and be able to work outdoors - Candidates must be able to operate hand/power tools: wrenches, drills, impact drivers, shovels, and post-hole diggers • Qualifications: - Maintain company standards for background checks (i.e. criminal record, driving record and controlled substance/drug testing) - Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations - Ability to work safely under ranging environmental and weather condition • Preferred Experience: - Class A Driver’s License (CDL) • Schedule: - Full time, Monday - Friday 7:30am – 5:00pm - Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime as business requires • Total Compensation Package to include: Competitive base pay and annual profitability based bonus.
