Gate adjustments to include:  Hinge adjustment  Latch adjustment  Gate alignment Gate warranty items not covered:  Damaged caused by abuse and wear and tear o Kids, animals, and vehicle damage  Damage attributable to fire, wind storms, hurricanes, or earthquakes  Damaged caused by not latching the gate properly Vinyl and aluminum fencing are by far the most long-lasting, maintenance-friendly fencing materials. However proper care and maintenance must be maintained to prolong the life of your fence (this could affect your warranty coverage).



Proper care and maintenance: o Light powerwash 1X per year o Yearly fence/gate inspection (by homeowner) to include:  Post alignment  Runner attachment  Picket attachment  Gate alignment  Hinges and latches should be lubricated (as needed)


