Markus Fellner is the founding partner and head of Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners. His impressive track record includes representing some of Austria’s largest banks and international financial institutions. Markus has recently succeeded in advising the Huber Group, the Steinhoff Group and the Kreisel Group. His other key areas of practice include banking and finance, corporate/M&A and dispute resolution; he has also published a considerable number of articles in these areas.

Florian Kranebitter is a partner at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners and specialises in banking and finance, corporate/M&A, insolvency and restructuring, with a focus on IT projects (including cybercrime, platform business and AI). Florian has been advising financial institutions and corporates on national and international transactions for more than a decade. He has particular expertise in providing cross-disciplinary and cross-sector advice in the area of sustainable solutions (including ESG).

Mario Burger has been an associate with Fellner Wratzfeld & Partners since 2020. He has particular experience and knowledge in the areas of banking, finance and corporate/M&A.
