Speakers Dave Christie, Flourish Foundry Dave works with owner-led businesses to help them protect time, sharpen focus, and finish the work that actually moves the business forward. His speaking work is centred around leadership in owner-led businesses, particularly the pressure of decision-making, focus, time, responsibility, and finishing meaningful work when everything seems to sit with the business owner. Dave will outline practical steps for business owners who are busy, capable, and carrying a lot, but know they need to create more meaningful progress. Two Steps Back: The Leadership Move That Restores Progress A practical and honest talk about why business owners often get stuck in activity, noise and open loops, and how stepping back helps them lead with more clarity, make better decisions, protect their time, and finish what matters. dave@flourishfoundry.co.uk
