We schedule a kickoff call with new merchants and are always available for existing ones These calls align on timelines, window wraps, PR, new market strategy, and overall marketing support Even if your timeline isn’t finalized, the call ensures opening efforts are coordinated for maximum impact.
Monthly Merchant-Focused Email
We send out a monthly merchant-focused email – see here. It is deployed on the 15th of each month (important for subscribers to check junk mail). This not only provides a strategic overview of what our team is working on, but also a chance for our merchant partners to share their marketing initiatives and requests for support. We use the content for organic/paid social, customer eblasts, and earned media, among others.
Customer-Focused Email
We utilize the information from our merchant-focused email to send e-blasts to our audience twice a month. An example of this email can be viewed here. We have a broad audience for these emails ranging from 10,000 – 15,000.
