The marketing team has several opportunities to promote your brand throughout the year. Please see below for monthly promotional opportunities that you and your team can take advantage of.
CocoWalk Website:

oThe CocoWalk website features your establishment in our directory under two different sections depending on your services.

Please send the following items to Floridamarketing@federalrealty.com to ensure we keep the website current:
Your preferred establishment name, hours of operation, contact number for your establishment, a brief description (please note we may edit your verbiage to meet the brand criteria of the CocoWalk website), and a reservation link if applicable.
Promotional Opportunities on the website:
The CocoWalk website has a stories section dedicated to blogs where seasonal items, opportunities, and activations are featured quarterly. This opportunity is always available to you and your establishment as an expert in your craft. Visit CocoWalk.com/Our-Story to view current blog posts, and email floridamarketing@federalrealty.com if you'd like to partner on a blog.
Monthly Tenant Newsletter:
Please send any and all marketing contact information for your establishment to floridamarketing@federalrealty.com to be added to our Mailchimp database. You will receive a tenant newsletter on the 15th of each month with CocoWalk updates, event opportunities, promotional suggestions, promotional opportunities, and any other information that may benefit your establishment. Please take note of the outlined deadlines, so you don’t miss out on opportunities to be featured.
Bi-Monthly Customer Newsletter:
CocoWalk marketing sends out an ENewsletter to our database of 10,432 contacts with a 31.5% average open rate. The newsletter is sent out every three weeks.
We feature three tenants in each newsletter and rotate as much as possible to ensure each tenant at the property is featured.

Social Media
CocoWalk has a significant presence on social media, our main focus being Instagram. I’ve included our account information to each platform below for your use.
The best way to be featured on our page is via Instagram stories, if you tag @CocoWalkMiami, we will repost our stories as often as possible.
Grid images are scheduled out about a month in advance. Please ensure you send promotions to us one month in advance and provide images without copy on them.

Property Events

We encourage our tenants to host in-store events. You also have the opportunity to activate the CocoWalk plaza when available and approved.
If you ever elect to activate the plaza your team will need to submit the following information:
A detailed proposal of your event with a date at least one month in advance
If approved, you will need to enter into a specialty leasing agreement (this acts as an extension of your lease) and a Certificate of Liability Insurance
Property
Windmasters (property signs)
The windmasters are primarily used as an extension of our CocoWalk branding; in the future, they will only have CocoWalk-branded signage and event updates.
As a courtesy to new tenants, we are currently allowing tenants to display a sign promoting their space for a six-week rotation one time. Once the six weeks are up, we will remove the poster and replace it with a CocoWalk branded sign o The dimensions are:

26 X 42 for the art
